Terms and Conditions

By making any booking you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accept our terms and conditions.


Signatures are not required to start a contract with Speak Dog; verbal communication, email, or other exchanges are legally binding to the details below.


Services booked and paid for cannot be exchanged for any other Speak Dog Service unless an agreement is obtained from Speak Dog.

Refunds and Cancellations:

We are a small business and cannot offer any refunds on services booked (extreme circumstances will be considered and will be at our discretion).


We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you wish to re-arrange a booking, If you wish to re-arrange then you must rebook within 16 weeks of the original date, failure to do so will mean loss of booking.


If you need to reschedule in under 48 hours there will be a £20 fee payable.


Please ensure you book the correct service required, failure to do so will mean any overpayments where a refund is requested will incur a 10% administration fee.


Refunds that have been authorised but were due to the client error will incur a 10% administration fee.





It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they attend on the correct date, time, and place. It is the client's responsibility to ensure they have the correct and suitable equipment that may be recommended by Speak Dog. We do not provide recordings of webinars unless stated in the advertisement and no refunds are given for non-attendance.


Packages can be amended or cancelled 7 days prior to the next payment due date. Monthly sessions can only be booked after the monthly payment has been received. It is the person's responsibility to be available on the time and dates booked each month. No refunds will be offered or carried over for missed sessions. If you need to reschedule a session we ask this is done with a minimum of 48 hours notice of the appointment. All sessions must be booked for the month, no sessions are to be carried over to the following month.



One to One Sessions


If your dog is not comfortable around people or used to strangers coming into the home, it is the owner’s responsibility to keep the dog behind a barrier or on a lead for safety and notify us.


It is the owner's responsibility to be available, prepared, and on time for the session.

Behaviour Assessments


On occasion, it may be required that it be in the best interest of the dog to be referred for Veterinary Behavioural Support and medicinal help. 


We are happy to help facilitate that transition, by speaking to a Veterinary Behaviourist and passing over the information gathered from the assessment.


By booking an assessment you agree to us communicating with your Veterinary Practice if necessary or other businesses that may be involved with your dog.

Social Walks

There are no refunds given for these services if they are not attended and no carry over to other dates unless the session has been cancelled by Speak Dog.


Any documents, handouts, videos you receive from Speak Dog are for the sole use of the intended client. No documents can be shared with anyone else or used for your own purposes to make money from, legal action will be taken if this happens.


We may sometimes wish to take pictures and use these for advertising, we will always ask if this acceptable especially if children are involved, but you must notify us if you do not give permission for us to do this.
